Terms of use

• I will not help you with getting, playing or telling you where to get games. I will cancel your order if you ask.
• I don’t touch software, all i do is install the chip
• Contact me before ordering. Some information needs to be figured out through contact (shipping price, work that needs to be done, etc). You can’t just press order without contacting me and hope your console will be chipped/fixed magically. We need to have come to an agreement before you send your device
• I am NOT responsible for damage to your console you cause with your modchip. It’s up to you to know how to use it.
• If i somehow damage your console, i fix it with no fees added, you don’t have to pay for my fuck up. For example, i remove a capacitor by accident, i replace that capacitor at my cost.
• If i somehow kill your system while installing, i’ll replace it with a new one. Including the chip and install. How ever long it takes me to raise the money to do so.
• I am not responsible of anything that may happen because of the mod. (Some examples: get banned, brick your system, loose your data or drop your sandwich)
• My prices are low, but do not abuse. For example, do not use me as a cheap way to get modded consoles to sell. I keep prices that low (and maybe even name your price) because i believe that you shouldn’t need to be rich to get services. Please do not make me regret attempting this. For the purpose of protecting myself against abuse, i reserve myself the right to refuse your offer.
• Upon opening the box, i will take pictures of the console and send them to you to confirm any preexisting damage and shipping damage. I will delete them in the future.
• I am not responsible for any shipping damage, both to and from you. If any happens, you will have to take that to Canadapost.
• I will take pictures of the installation process, these i may keep and may share to showcase my work. These do not contain any identifying information.
• I will try to finish your console as fast as possible, please be patient, it should only take me a couple days if there are no unpredictable event.
• You pay for shipping separately, both ways. The amount charged on purchase is for me to ship it back to you.
• Do not share any of my private information. I don’t share yours, don’t share mine.
  

Warranty

On modchip installs, If my install fails before 2years (ex: a wire disconnects), i will pay up to 20$ on shipping to send it back to me to fix. Contact me.
This only apply to my labor not parts

If a part i installed fails within a year, just cover shipping and i will replace it.

On failed installs repair i can’t offer a solid warranty as i don’t know what damage has been done.

Privacy

I don’t sell your info, nor do I track you. Any cookies used are strictly for operational purposes. If I happen to miss a tracking cookie, please let me know so it can be removed if possible.

With that said, these are the terms for stuff I don’t have control over.

Comments:

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Media:

If you upload images to the website, they belong to me, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies:

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

Who we share your data with:

Fucking no one that doesn’t need it. I only use the info you give me for your order, warranty claims, and anti-spam service. If you request a password reset, the IP address that requested the reset will be included in the reset email. This is to help protect your account. Stripe handles all the payment stuff. Your card info is never shown to me or stored on the site.

How long we retain your data:

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data:

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This will void any warranty you may have. Where your data is sent:

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. I use Stripe as a payment processor. Please make sure you agree to their terms too.
